Ofelia hydro (and) electric

The Light and the water came together in a place that symbolizes creation and theater. The project starts from a real plan-map of the Bergolvan hydroelectric power station (found in the former Cal Rosal textile factory) to become a dramaturgical device that has its own meaning and that ends in an auto-fictional play that, through the character of Ofelia, dialogue with water, life, death and the relationship of a daughter with a father who is no longer alive.

"Your connection attempt failed”

Your connection attempt failed: an essay on the separation of bodies, investigates through a monologue of a woman, in the context of a pandemic confinement, the construction of times, silences, conversations and the most intimate thoughts of one or more people.

It wonders, how do bodies behave when virtuality is the norm? What kind of relationships are configured from a physical impossibility? The piece focuses on loneliness, waiting and the physical impossibility that provokes new possibilities of connection.
